Our staircase has a little cubby hole underneath it that has attracted an eclectic group of things over the past few months. Its where our old TVs go to die, and where our luggage and holiday decorations live. All in all, its pretty useful considering we wouldn't have anywhere else to put these things if there was no cubby hole. The only problem, you ask? It sits front and center for all our guests to see in the living room. No panels or closet doors to hide our crap behind. After staring at this for months, and talking about how we needed to do something about it...we moved into action. A little trip to Joann's Fabric (which was an adventure on its own) for some fabric and then a stop at Michael's for eyelets and an eyelet maker...we were on our way. I think it turned out pretty good...if I do say so myself.
